Never share a private key, seed phrase, recovery words, password, or 2FA code. North HQ, Loop and Five North will never ask for them.

Include the issue, the relevant transaction ID or public wallet address if applicable, and a screenshot with sensitive details hidden.

Keep the ticket number and tracking key shown after submission. They are required to view the current request status.
